Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed I will contact you with a time frame for delivery. Each piece is handmade by me and so each piece has a slightly different lead time. Lead times are usually up to 4 weeks.

Urgent Orders

If you require an item for a specific date or really urgently please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. I will always do my best to meet any deadline.

Delivery Charges

POSTAGE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE UK ARE FREE OF CHARGE
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail – depending on the items, I will use my discretion on each order.

Special Delivery which is fully trackable, insured & guaranteed to arrive by 1pm & require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection or First Class Signed For.

Overseas orders – shipping starts at £15

Shipped with Royal Mail International – Tracked & Signed

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed items are tracked & insured up to £250. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world. I will send you the tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Additional insurance can be purchased if necessary.

Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.

Customs Charges

Overseas orders may be liable for import duties & or taxes which you would be responsible for.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of my business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.

Returns Policy

I hope you will be over the moon with your piece of my work, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then I will adjust, exchange or refund your order.

If this is the case then please inform me & return the piece within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in original packaging & in perfect condition. Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion.

Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk, so we recommend that you use Special Delivery service & insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on my part.

Custom made items CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED. I am happy however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).

For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
